Danielle D. Taylor, Ed.M.
President

Danielle Taylor, president, oversees both the strategic direction of the practice and the day-to-day operation. Her background and experience are solidly planted both in entrepreneurial enterprises and in training and development. Her unique background enables her to skillfully combine elements of social science with solid business practices to support the discovery of sustainable solutions on both an individual and organizational level.

Prior to starting Taylor Training & Development (TT&D), Danielle provided services to the non-profit sector as an independent consultant. She was a co-consultant of a group processes class at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and an education and training specialist at Women Organized Against Rape in Philadelphia. With over ten years experience as an educator, Danielle facilitates on-going adult Spanish language classes for the northwest community in Philadelphia and maintains certification as a Group Development Questionnaire (GDQ) Consultant, which is a specific form of organization development consulting.

Danielle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Saint Mary’s College in Emmitsburg, MD and a Master of Education degree in Adult and Organization Development (AOD) from Temple University in Philadelphia. In addition to her formal education, Danielle actively participates in the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the American Society for Training & Development. She currently serves on the leadership team as Director of Student Membership. Her service on the Board of Governors of the Mt. Airy Learning Tree, is further testament of her commitment to lifelong learning and development.

Danielle applies all that she has learned, as a researcher, as an employee, and as an entrepreneur, to strengthen and sustain not-for-profit enterprises. Benjamin H. Herold, M.Ed.
Consultant

Ben Herold received his Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science from the University of Delaware and his Masters of Education from Temple University.  He has worked as an Education and Training Specialist for Women Organized Against Rape in Philadelphia and has done freelance trainings for the Philadelphia Public School Notebook, the Institute for Safe Families, and Temple University.  His primary areas of expertise include gender and family violence prevention, public education-related issues, and development of writing skills.

Joanne Broder, Ph.D.
Consultant

Joanne Broder is an adjunct instructor at Temple University, St. Joseph’s University, and Walnut Hill College. Previously, she was Associate Director of the Training and Development Center at Temple University, which provides training and consultation to public and private organizations.

Joanne, who has also taught at the Metropolitan Career Center, has a full compliment of courses that include Business Communication, Group Development, Professional Development, and Personal Development. She has facilitated trainings and workshops on motivation, communication, emotional intelligence, conflict management, group dynamics, as well as goal setting and achievement.

An alumnus of both Temple University and Monmouth University, Joanne is a member in good standing of both the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the American Psychological Association.

Vivian Y. McLeod, M.S.
Consultant

Vivian McLeod received her Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Widener University and her Masters of Human Resource Development from Villanova University. Her primary areas of expertise include adult education, change management, staffing and conflict management. She has over eight years of training and human resource experience and has held numerous positions within the field from training specialist to business consultant.

Vivian has facilitated trainings on career and personal development, group dynamics, conflict resolution, effective communication, change management, adult learning, and motivation and rewards.
